Information we collect

• Booking request details you submit through our form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), requested check-in/check-out dates, party size, and any notes you include.
• Basic usage data (such as pages viewed and general location) only if you accept analytics cookies — see below.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry, confirm availability, and arrange a direct booking.
• To send the rental agreement and a secure payment link when you choose to book.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Form processing & spam protection

Booking requests are processed through Netlify Forms. To reduce spam, the form uses Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms.

Availability & pricing data

The availability calendar and stay pricing on our site are retrieved from our booking system's data feed. Only the dates and guest count you select are sent to price your stay — no personal information is included in those requests.

Analytics & cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Analytics cookies load only if you accept them in the consent banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your mind by clearing your browser storage for this site, which will show the banner again. Your consent choice itself is stored locally in your browser, not on our servers.

Payments

We never handle credit card data on this site. Payment is completed through a secure link from our booking/payment provider.

Data retention

We keep booking inquiries only as long as needed to respond and manage your stay, then remove them on a routine basis.

Your choices

• Decline analytics cookies at any time via the consent banner.
• Request a copy or deletion of the information you've sent us through the booking request form on the site.

Children

This site is intended for adults booking a stay and is not directed at children.
